Push-ups are a great way to tone your entire upper body. They can be done anywhere, and you can make them easier by pushing off from a table or your knees, and harder by elevating your feet or placing a weight at the small of your back. Try a version where you can do at least 10 solid reps, and then move to the next hardest version (off a table to from your knees to from your toes to feet elevated to adding weight).
